This Privacy Policy explains how EVGB Racing ("we", "us", "our") handles personal data in connection with the evgbracing.co.uk website and membership. We act as the data controller for that data.

1. What we collect

Contact & signup details — your name and email address (and anything else you include) when you email us to enquire or join.
Membership & payment records — your membership status and billing records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
Communications — messages you send us and our replies.

This website itself is static and does not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers or third-party embeds. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and add a cookie notice.

2. How we use it

To set up, run and support your membership.
To take payment via Stripe and keep required financial records.
To reply to your enquiries and send service-related updates.

Our lawful bases are performance of a contract (running your membership), our legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running the business), and legal obligations (record-keeping).

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us operate — for example Stripe (payments), email providers, and Telegram where you choose to use our channel. We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards.

4. How long we keep it

We keep membership and payment records for as long as you are a member and for any period required by law (for example tax and accounting rules). Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed.
