Refund Policy

1. What you are paying for

Membership is a monthly subscription to the EVGB Racing value-tracking software and information service for UK & Irish horse racing, at £25 per month. It is a software and information product — not a tipster service, and not betting or financial advice. We do not guarantee any profit or outcome.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, yourself, from your own account. Log in to your account / membership area on this website and cancel your active subscription there — recurring billing stops immediately and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. If you would prefer, you can also cancel by emailing admin@evgbracing.co.uk from the address associated with your membership. We recommend cancelling before your next monthly renewal date to avoid being charged for the following period.

3. What happens when you cancel

• We stop billing you for any future periods.
• You keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
• Your membership then ends at the end of that period; it does not renew.

Cancelling part-way through a month does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of that month's fee, except where required by law or as set out below.

4. 14-day cooling-off period (digital services)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumers generally have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel a contract bought at a distance and receive a refund. However, for digital content and services this right can be waived. By signing up and asking to start using the Service immediately — and by accessing the members' area, board, ledgers or channels within the 14-day period — you acknowledge that supply has begun and you agree that you lose the right to the 14-day cooling-off refund once the service has started. This is standard for immediate digital access.

If you have signed up but have not yet started using the Service and you are within 14 days, contact us and we will honour the cooling-off refund where it applies.

5. No refunds for betting losses

EVGB Racing is a software and information service. It does not place bets, does not tell you what to bet on, and does not guarantee profit. We do not offer refunds for any betting or gambling losses, or because results did not go the way you hoped. Any betting decision is entirely your own and made at your own risk. Past performance and illustrative examples are not a guide to future results.

6. When we may still offer a refund

We aim to be fair. We may, at our discretion or where required by law, offer a full or partial refund if, for example, you were charged in error or by duplicate payment, or the Service was substantially unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault. Refunds, where given, are normally made to the original payment method via our payment provider (Stripe).

7. How to request a refund

Email admin@evgbracing.co.uk with the email address on your account, the approximate payment date and amount, and a brief note on why you are requesting a refund. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within a few working days and to resolve them promptly. Once a refund is approved, it may take several days for your bank or card provider to process it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "last updated" date.

9. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
