Summary: EVGB Racing is a software value-tracking tool for UK & Irish horse racing. It is not a tipster service and does not provide betting or financial advice. There is no guarantee of profit; past performance is not a guide to future results. Membership is £25 per month, you can cancel any time, and you must be 18 or over. Please gamble responsibly.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EVGB Racing website and software (the "Service") provided by EVGB Racing ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Service or becoming a member, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

1. What the Service is

EVGB Racing is software that re-scores bookmaker prices against fair-value models and surfaces value signals for UK & Irish horse racing. It is an informational and analytical software tool. We do not tell you what to bet on, we do not place bets on your behalf, and we do not guarantee any outcome or profit.

2. Not tips, not advice — no guarantee of profit

Nothing provided through the Service constitutes a tip, betting advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any bet. All value signals, ledgers, examples and data are provided for information only. We make no promise or guarantee of profit. Past performance and any illustrative examples are not a guarantee of, or guide to, future results. Any decision to place a bet is entirely your own, made at your own risk.

3. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use gambling-adjacent services in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements. If you are under 18, you must not use the Service.

4. Membership & payment

Membership is £25 per month, a flat rate that includes all features and channels. You sign up on our website and payment is processed securely via our third-party payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details.

5. Billing & renewal

Membership is a recurring monthly subscription. Unless and until you cancel, your membership renews automatically each month and the £25 fee is charged for each new period. It is your responsibility to keep your payment details up to date. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time — there is no fixed contract term and no lock-in. You can cancel yourself: log in to your account / membership area on this website and cancel your active subscription there. When you cancel, recurring billing stops and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you prefer, you can also cancel by emailing admin@evgbracing.co.uk. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law or as set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Your membership is personal to you. You agree not to:

share, sell, lend or transfer your login or membership access to anyone else (account sharing is prohibited);
scrape, copy, harvest, republish, redistribute or resell the Service, its data, ledgers, signals or output;
attempt to access the Service by any automated means beyond normal permitted use, or interfere with its operation or security;
use the Service unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for breach of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and all of its content — including the software, value models, engines, data, ledgers, scoring, branding, text and design — are owned by EVGB Racing or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your membership grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Service for your own use only. No other rights are granted, and you must not reproduce or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Data may contain errors, delays or omissions, and prices and results shown may not reflect what is available to you at any bookmaker at any time. Value tracking runs from around 7am each racing day and updates through the day; availability is not guaranteed at all times. Illustrative examples and past performance are not a guarantee of future results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVGB Racing is not liable for any losses (including, without limitation, betting or gambling losses), damages, or costs arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and bankroll.

11. Responsible gambling

Only stake what you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you harm, free confidential support is available at BeGambleAware.org or via the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
